Policy Statement

The Mogabr Group, LLC (“The Group”, "The Company", "We", "Mogabr") is committed to social and environmental responsibility and has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are steadfast in upholding the laws against modern slavery and human trafficking in all the jurisdictions we operate in, including but not limited to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and all applicable state laws in the United States.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of The Group, in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, contractors, consultants, and any other third-party representatives.

The Group will strictly comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations relating to anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking. This includes not only U.S. federal and state laws but also any relevant laws in jurisdictions where we conduct business.

Responsibility and Policy Compliance

  • Management Responsibility: It is the responsibility of management at all levels to ensure that those reporting to them understand and comply with this policy.

  • Employee Responsibility: All employees and those under the control of the company are expected to prevent, detect, and report any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking.

  • Training and Awareness: Regular training will be provided to relevant employees to ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to ensuring that our contractors are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. We will conduct due diligence on all suppliers and contractors, they will be carefully vetted, and we expect them to adhere to our ethical standards.

This statement has undergone review and received approval from the Directors of The Group.

Given the nature of our operations, The Group faces a relatively low overall risk. Our primary activities involve providing research and development services to our customers and partners.

Reporting Violations

Violations of this policy must be reported immediately. The Group ensures that all reports will be dealt with appropriately and that necessary action will be taken. A mechanism for reporting concerns, anonymously if preferred, should be in place.

This policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in law and our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking.
